I tried to get earpads for the Klipsch Image One headphone, and opened a support ticket. Today, they sent me an email asking if my address listed was correct. I replied YES. Then I got a rejection that their email was a "No Reply". So I called Klipsch support and waded through a hellish bunch of button pushes, many redundant, before I got a rep. I told her about the email, and she gave me a tongue-lashing about how stupid I was to try replying, instead of reading some very tiny print way at the bottom that said "no reply email". And then she hung up on me.
This was possibly the worst tech support I've ever called, rivaling the Apple supervisor who hung up on me after lying over and over again insisting that Apple does not force-download iOS updates (they do).
So there you are - Klipsch - very hostile and arrogant support.

Support tickets / opening a case / escalating a case...... WTF happened to "Ring ring" followed by "Hello, how can I help you?" ??! I spent over 25 minutes on the phone the other day trying to get through to British Telecom (the UK's biggest "communications" company) and when I FINALLY got through I was connected to someone in f**kin' Bangalore India! A communications company that takes 25 minutes to answer your call and routes you over to an Indian call center..... it's absolutely INSANE!!!! I'll say it again, the world has gone mad and the sad thing is..... there's no excuse for it! A telecommunications giant such as BT are quite able to answer calls within 20 seconds but they are not willing to invest in the staff.... they'd rather outsource to India and keep their customers waiting in a queue rather than invest some money in employing MORE British staff. It's all about maximum profits these days and f**k all to do with customer service, it's an absolute disgrace! I would, personally, go to the top Dale..... write an old fashioned "pen and ink" letter to the CEO of Klipsch and let rip at him..... mark it "private and confidential" and shoot from the hip, say it exactly as you see it and put him (or her) on your end of the stick and ask if he (she) would class that as good customer service? What Moron came up with this "support ticket" crap? When did we stop answering the phone and say "Hello, How can I help you?" ? Nobody wants to spend in excess of 30 minutes listening to shit music or a recording telling you that "your call is important to us, we are doing all we can to answer you"..... when you phone a company up they should answer the f**kin' phone!!!! They are quick enough to sell you stuff! Anyways Dale......... get your "ass" out and vote for Trump..... if that Clinton mob get control of the buttons we are all doomed! Mike.

I have the data for the letter, so I should get that on the way soon. In the mid 70's I received a personal letter from Paul Klipsch, and based on his personality represented in that letter, I'd say some of that is still there at Klipsch.

Oh, BTW - the totals will likely elect Trump, but the mandate will be lacking until the fraud is subtracted out, the way the State Dept. does with exit polls in "foreign countries".
