I hope this is not a ridiculous question, but I purchased a X-10v3 tube buffer in 2016 and mailed it to Rock Grotto to Mike for an upgrade -- which he did. He also sold a little Pinkie power supply to myself in Florida --- they both have served me extremely well over the past 8 years in Florida. My question is this. I have been busy upgrading my system. My DAC remains the same, a high end MSB system from many years ago and a new Parasound Halso amp and premap, along with an Audiolab transport. Would another upgrade -- either by purchasing a kit and having my stereo shop doing the upgrade in Florida be worth it, or should I leave well enough alone since the x=10v3 sounds great as is? Also I have the box version. Does that make a difference. My speakers are Linn Especk btw.
