I found this small ball bearing, approx. 2.5 mm diameter (but looks smaller), when it fell onto the floor from who-knows-where. I was curious whether it had any particular topographical features, or was merely a smooth globe, indicating the origin perhaps. It looks smooth in this Panasonic LX7 macro, enough to reflect the photographer. f2.8, 1/100 handheld, ISO 80.

It's a micro "rover" ball, it expanded to full size, swallowed up Dale and then shrank down again. There's no hope Dale, ahem I mean number 6, you're not a free man, you ARE only a number
