Hi Alex, The TV has optical an output but I have no optical capable DAC at work, where the TV is. I could bring the SCDAC in but with the TV and the Hifi at opposite ends of the restaurant it's going to be awkward to say the least. We only have old crt tvs at home that are barely used. (drumming fingers smily) For the mo I can only check if the TV accepts a file, if I had one Cheers, Chris.

I will see what I can do tomorrow as it's a large UL Regards Alex I have now uploaded this test .mpeg file. If anybody else would like to see if their late model TV with a USB input can play very high resolution .mpeg music videos, please send me a PM for the DL links. It's also available on Youtube if anyone wants to compare with the original HD version in MP4 format . If you are a typical male, you will enjoy this one from your PC too. Regards Alex
