Im interested in buying this Amplifier as my FIRST every Headphone Amplifier,
I found it on parts express.
I found your website though a user comment suggesting i can find useful guides on this website.
He also suggested JJ Electronics 12AU7 as a upgrade Tube. Another user suggested Genalex Gold Lion 12AU7
I have ZERO amplifier knowledge other then it amplifies my Audio. (no S&^% Sherlock)
I'm fairly good with a soldering Iron, and i love to DIY and Tinker around.
Any suggestions on what i could change to get the most out of a Amp like that one?

ulteriormotive I will leave it to one of those members with experience with these to answer your question. However, are you aware that because of heat concerns due to a cramped layout,, they often fail after about 12 months ? They aren't exactly the most reliable of HAs. Regards Alex

I did read something on one of the posts mentioning heatsinks and the output mosfets getting hot to handle after couple seconds, but that remained safe under specs,
I appreciate the response and from an Admin to boot.

They also correct for other deficiencies including crosstalk between channels and possible hum issues., as well as even susceptibility to RF interference from mobile phones etc. Kind Regards Alex

hey Alex
One thing i had a concern of was interference of any sort due to power supply being close to audio components, In such a small open form enclosure i had a feeling that might occur,
I appreciate all the feedback, I think i might have to take the photographers motto on this one, Don't go cheap and buy your gear in baby steps only to replace it with something couple months later, do it once and do it proper.
