I seem to remember, I think Miguel, asking about such a beast? Well, I just bumped into one, certainly not cheap but any potential buyer will obviously decide it's value for themselves, there's "talk" of it being superior to DACT CT2. available heremore background here

Ooh, tanks for reminding me about this one. Had my eye on it for a long time, but did not want to buy from tentlabs because of the high price. However, the designer was working on a new incarnation of it and the design and software seems to be available for rebuild now. Look here: www.vaneijndhoven.net/jos/relaixed2/index.htmlCheers, Marc

Darn expensive and it takes knowledge to implement. I will stick with "el cheapo" 21 -23 stepped attenuators from eBay. Thanks.

My recently purchased 50K DACT CT2 sounds markedly better than the cheap ebay offerings, where the channels are much closer together physically than the DACT CT2 due to the type of rotary switch used. Not only does the DACT CT2 have far better HF separation then the ebay offerings, but there is a fair chance that it's HF channel separation is superior to this physically large 64 position beast too.
