After looking at the link in Leo's reply concerning the LM4562 in the Jaycar thread there is; www.diyhi-fi.co.uk/index.htmlshipping costs start at £2.50 for an order of £4.99 or less which would mean you can get a LM4562NA for £7.50 total in the UK.

Wow havn't posted for ages... I made a couple of orders with both Rapid and Cricklewood and have been satisfied with both especially Rapid. uk.farnell.com/ Is a good place to source components too. However there is a minimum order of £20 and as far as i know they don't except Maestro, only Credit Cards. That was a while ago though. Service was good if i rightly remember.

just a quick note to say I've had excellent service from Nick when upgrading my BT928. He also appears helpful if you need something that he doesn't stock he will try and get it in for you! The LME49720HA (LM4562HA (metal can) as used in the modified SC HA may also be available from RG member "traf" Send Simon a P.M. if you are interested. I recently purchased a couple of LME49710HA (metal can) from Simon's ebay presence, and his prices are more like those you get for quantity prices from the major suppliers such as Digikey, BUT his P and P charges are much more reasonable. Alex
P.S. No prizes for guessing who I chose ! The AU$3.42 is for P and P to Australia. 2 items found from eBay international sellers LME49710HA SINGLE CHANNEL OPAMP 8PIN LME49710 Location: United Kingdom Feedback: 726 | 100%Watch this item AU $10.24 +AU $3.42 Time left:27d 12h 0m

Alex, Agreed, I've just sourced some from Simon as well (also via his ebay presence), at the time, several days ago, he had the dual HAs as well. As you say his price/unit and postage is very competitive. Chris
