It's taken me a while to pluck up the courage to part with some of my valves (tubes) but I have realised I'm not a "collector" but more of a hoarder..... what the hell good will these do me when I'm six foot under and why do I have to have boxes of them sitting in a cupboard when I'm alive? Absolutely crazy shit! (when you think about it).
I've matched up a good 600 6H23n (6N23P) with "as near as perfect" side to side triode similarity and am going to sell them! I take pride in ensuring that what I sell is the best possible available and all of my valves are not only checked on the analyser, each and every one of them is audibly tested before I deem them 100% good to go. It's a labour intensive way of doing things but it's a labour of love and I don't "charge" any extra for ensuring the valve (tube) you receive is the best possible with regard to in spec / matched sides / non microphonic and absolutely GENUINE new old stock that is from a sealed vintage military carton with same date codes / same batch / OTK stamped.
If you have a valve (tube) analyser then I welcome you to test any of my valves, you will find that they are absolutely as described and will be astounded by just how "precise" they are. I'm getting sick and tired seeing people being ripped off buying these so called "NOS" duds that have neither been tested or seen no more test equipment than the hand of the monkey who has ripped them out of a defunkt Russian console.
Why do I know my valves are the best?. Quite simply, I will not sell a valve unless it measures up 100% and I will always supply valves from the same military carton / identical date codes / matched triodes AND I will also audibly test them before despatch.
This is NOT a sales pitch, I can't be arsed with those, but just a heads up that I have (at last) decided that storing boxes of UBER rare valves is not going to do me any favours when I'm pushing up the daisies so time to take these puppies to the market
