Originally we'd planned to stay a couple of days but the weather forecast didn't support that. We went on a day trip instead. You can see how stormy things looked. Don't zoom in too closely; it wasn't my best quality lens. Derek

There are people everywhere Derek....... that's not a "beach" That looks more like a lucrative cove where people make money from cove visitors..... this is what a beach in high season should look like:

That looks like a pterodactyl flying through the second photo. Yes, Wales is a bit behind the times. Did you have to Google 'pterodactyl' before typing it?

The better one, which does not appear in the photos, is a little sandy bay with cliffs and rock pools. Delightful it is. The one in the photos is sandy too but there are boats moored, so it isn't quite as clean the other beach in that you get a film of diesel on the water. And a little way into the water there are chains under the water for mooring to. Problem? On one of the two beaches, dogs are allowed. Which beach would that be then? The better beach allows dogs. Dogs charging about, coming out of the water and shaking themsilves all over the place. Can we trust dogs around children? Not entirely; even the best behaved muts can go crazy. So the better beach for familes is out of bounds really. I'm sure the dogs wouldn't mind charging around on the less good beach. Derek
